Upper-Intermediate is the final stage of our Intermediate level courses. To join this group you must have taken our Intermediate course or have taken a level test with us and been placed at this level.

Karoline Augustin

Karoline is a Brazilian teacher from Rio Grande do Sul. She holds a Teaching Degree in English Language from UNISINOS and a Postgraduate Diploma in Portuguese as a Second/Foreign Language from Universidade do Porto.

She has been teaching Portuguese to adults from diverse backgrounds for the past four years and English for over a decade. Karoline has taught students from Brazil, Portugal, the USA, the UK and Australia and has also worked as a Portuguese teaching intern at the University of Ljubljana.

Karoline loves travelling and getting to know new people and cultures. Having lived in Ireland, Slovenia, and now Portugal, she is passionate about helping students develop confidence and fluency in a new language.
